Hi, I am Arindita Dey! A passionate designer with 3 years of experience in Product, Service, and UX design, combining 3 years of academic and practical Oslo-based project work during my Master’s in Design from AHO, Norway.

My background spans B2B SaaS, healthcare UX, and e-commerce solutions, with a focus on leveraging generative AI, Agentic AI workflows, conversational UX, and data-driven insights to support decision-making, continuous design iterations to strengthen automation in workflows, and design metadata use cases to improve accessibility. My skills include user-centred, research-driven design, co-creation workshops, prototyping, UX strategy, and usability testing. I excel at navigating complex systems and collaborating in cross-functional teams and with stakeholders to align user needs with business goals.
